Manufacturing
TFO and winding capability, documented.
- TFO winding: PEASS SCHLAFHORST PPW-AV (Navsari), individual precision disc drum drive, 30 drums per machine, 120 drums total, max 1200 mpm, up to 3 ply, 4 machines.
- TFO: SAVIO COSMOS, 240 spindles per machine, 2,400 spindles total, pot diameter 150 mm, cone angle 4°20', max speed 11,500, 10 machines.
- Inspection: Texmech (Ahmedabad), width 340 cm.
- Compressed air: Atlas Copco 55 GE, 4,900 CFM.
- Humidification: Luwa humidity plant.
