Greige Fabrics.
Since 2020, Le Merite has manufactured greige fabrics on a dedicated air-jet weaving setup built for consistency at export volumes.
Loom setup
114 air-jet looms, three width configurations.
- 48 looms — 190 cm
- Fabrics in the width range 50" to 70"
- 30 looms — 210 cm
- Lycra fabrics in widths up to 78"
- 36 looms — 290 to 340 cm
- Wide-width fabrics up to 107" and 130"

- Tuck-in selvedge attachment.
